First Solo Walk

Micheal's first solo walk around the neighborhood happened this past November on a beautiful autumn day.  For the first time since he was born we left the pram and baby carrier behind and just let this wee one explore.  He had an absolute blast!  The crunchy leaves made him so happy.  He found a colorful, full pile to roll around in and his joy was so intoxicating that he made a grown man pause and laugh as he was walking down the street.  Of course our trip was cut slightly short as Micheal inevitably stepped in a heaping pile of dog poo...but still, the day contained magic for the little guy.

Halloween 2016 - 14 months

A look back at last year's Halloween.  Micheal is still a bit young for trick or treating, but we passed out candy and later in the evening I took him for a walk.  He really enjoyed seeing all of the neighborhood kids running around in costumes and as a Halloween "treat" he was given his first donut.  It was a hit.

The Wedding

Some day I will go through and share our entire wedding story.  From the rain to the sick baby, but for now I just want to look on the bright side and share our photos.  Micheal was our ring bearer!  It's difficult to see but in the second photo down he is seen walking up the aisle with all of his grandmas. Despite various trials and tribulations it turned out to be a wonderful day and the rain let up just long enough for the ceremony!
